The Power ranking of Pillar's/Hashira

(Few pieces of information is based on the current manga story)
The Hashiras, also known as the Pillars, are the most powerful swordsmen of the Demon Slayer Corps. The current pillars are counted to be 9. As such, they are the organization's top-ranking, most elite soldiers who each serve a pivotal role in their war against demon Muzan Kibutsuji.
What it takes to be a Pilar or Hashira?
There are two known methods to become a Hashira.
Firstly, you must have a record of 50 Demon kills, but the slaying of one of the Twelve Demon Moons also fulfills the requirement. This type of effort requires many years' worth of training, though the talented might take only two or so to join the pillars.
Just wondering, if Tanjiro would have been able to kill Rui of the twelve demon moon, would he had been a pillar too. Though Tomoyoka Giyu killed him, there was a possibility.
9. Kochou Shinobu (Bug Pillar)

Speed: ★★★★★★★★★★
She is the smallest pillar. Can't cut demon's head due to weak physical strength so to compensate the disadvantage, uses poison to kill demons. The range is low, but her speed balances everything. Her speed is so insane that none of the hashira can match.
8. Tokito Muichiro (Mist Pillar)
Power: ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆
Range: ★★★★★☆☆☆☆☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★★☆☆
Youngest pillar. Though, due to being young means, he's inexperienced so his fights mostly with his instinct. Though he lacks in analyzing the situation but comes out to be more powerful than Shinobu.
7. Kanroji Mitsuri (Love Pillar)
Power: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆
Range: ★★★★★★★★★☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★★☆☆
Not only her **** are huge so is her ambition to defeat demons and upper moons. Unique body where her physical strength is 8 times what it actually appears. Able to go par with buffed Upper Moon 4 when in terms of ranged attacks and speed. I'd say she lacks in strength but her range and speed compensate that.
6. Iguro Obanai (Snake Pillar)

Range: ★★★★★★★★☆☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Hard to judge his strength due to not being revealed much, but I assume he's in the same strength range as wind and water pillar. Remember how he was bullying Tomioka in the series. Snake breathing branches off from water-breathing so the style is pretty similar to Giyuu's.
5. Tomioka Giyuu (Water Pillar)
Power: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Range: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
I gave similar stats as Sanemi due to their age, physique, and skills seem to be at the same level. Water breathing feels mostly smooth and fast, yet can be strong and rough. Wind breathing is very aggressive so these 2 breathing feels balanced. Them fighting during the training arc demonstrates both of them bring similarly strong.

4. Shinazugawa Sanemi (Wind Pillar)

Range: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Couldn't really make a judgment up until the recent chapters. The average assumption of his age is to be 20-23, something like that. More in age means more experience as compared to Tokito. He has a decent range with his first form if I recall correctly. Seems speedy.
3. Rengoku Kyojuro (Fire Pillar)
Power: ★★★★★★★★☆☆
Range: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Fire breathing feels more of a power type of attack. Most of the attacks are short-ranged except the ultimate breathing. Rengoku needed to step in to close the gap which will be seen when fighting against Upper Moon 3. This gap closer gives him the stars in speed.
2. Uzui Tengen (Sound Pillar)
Power: ★★★★★★★★★☆
Range: ★★★★★★☆☆☆☆
Speed: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆
Tengen is the 2nd strongest in many lists. Him fighting 2 Upper Moon (Daki being fairly weak compared to Gyutarou but still 2 strong demons) while being poisoned. Use bombs to amplify his attacks. The most important is him using his own way of analyzing the enemy which allows him to read the small habits that they make while fighting.

Already explained in the manga that he is the strongest pillar. Has the power to bust Muzan's head like a tofu so we can clearly tell that his physical strength is at another level. He Has a decent range by throwing the flail. Excited to see what he will bring to the table in upcoming chapters.
I'm really sorry for spoiling few scenes of the manga but since you are reading this line, it means you are a spoiler geek. That solves it.
